SPECIAL ORDERS:
We are happy to place special orders for items not in stock. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for special orders. Special orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and must be verified by a company representative.
TERMS OF SALE:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards and Paypal payments. Please contact us if you wish to pay by money order or personal check. Shipping insurance and delivery confirmation are additional charges to be paid by the purchaser.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted within 10 days of date of purchase, with prior authorization by phone or email. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. All returns must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received. BuyerÂ’s credit card will be credited within 2-4 days after receipt of merchandise, minus restocking fee.
SHIPPING:
We ship by US Post Office Priority Mail for small orders, and by US Post Office Parcel Post and FedEx Ground for large orders. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of payment.

Enchanted Decor store hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, Sat 12am-3pm (EST). If you are ordering by phone please try to call during those hours so we can assist you in person.
